You can't. How can you describe a color to someone who doesn't even have visual abilities. It would be like me telling you to envision music if you couldn't hear.

metaphore,
blue sky, green leaf, yellow sunflower, vermillion red, ocre red,
orange sunset sky, clear water, shinny silver, golden yellow....
so they can imagine the thing, by they exp of touch , smell, hear, or anything else
