I recently broke up with my GF and realized that i had left some of my stuff at her apt. I called her to get them back. Of course, now she's being vindictive by not giving them back to me. I told her that she could keep the rest of my stuff but begged to have my checkbook sent to me which is really important. Now she feels like she has the upper hand and has become a biotch to me. I am not returning her calls so she texts me saying that unless i pick up her calls i will never see my check book again........what should i do??

Is this an example of someone needing serious professional help or just being really immature?

Go to your bank and get a new checking account number and tell her to keep the checkbooks because they are no good anyway. And if she gets caught using them she can get into some serious trouble.

sorry about that good thing you got away from her psycho. But lol on holding checkbook hostage sorry.Anyways go to your bank tell them your checkbook was stolen and change your account ASAP you dont want her writting checks off ur acount. If she does then you can have her put in jail and maybe you should call the cops also and tell them your checks were stolen and tell them shes got them and your proof is the text messages she sent u i hope u did not delete them.

Stop dealing with her. Go to your bank, explain that your checkbook was stolen and that you want to close out the old account & transfer the balance to a new account. You can then start fresh with a new checkbook.

Tell her that the law WILL have something to say about that. Its not like a shirt or something. With all of the identity theft goin on,I'm sure they WILL help you get it back.Really!!!Just threaten the child with doing that. Then do it for realif the threat doesnt work. She could dause you alot of financial ruin if you don't

Go to the bank and have all your information changed. There is no way around it. Women like that are crazy and will not listen in their state of mind.
