Actual *FAITGUE* is far diffent than feeling lethargic or tired .
Faitgue itself is more often than not a symptom of a far more serious condition.
The actual symptoms of fatigue include some or all of the following: muscle and joint aches and pains, headaches, sensevtity to touch ect. . It is a far more pronouned condition and can include any and more of the above symptoms.
Rather than a sense a lethary where u feel continually tired with genuine fatigue it can and does become debilitating therefore rescricts what you are able to do.
Although i do believe there are certain herbal remedies which *help* not combat fatigue. I cannot urge u strongly enough to make an appointment to see ur Doctor. Tell them your exact symptoms then they can do any necessary tests etc. to rule out any underlying condition. Should one of the many tests for various conditions come back posotive u will be put on the revalent medication. Then u can disscuss the natural remidies u are seeking which can (not always help) with any underlying condition u may have.
But please go and see your doctor as soon as u possibly can
If all the more serious conditions are ruled out your dr. will then begin to investigate the more common causes of tiredness such as anieama, stress ect.
Then, when other causes are ruled out or medication is prescribed u can consider natural remedies until this time u may be going to alot of expense for something that wont work.

You need to control your blood sugar levels throughout the day. Stay away from empty calories and processed foods. Do not use stimulents like cafeine very often. Get plenty of sleep and a regular moderate exercise plan. Eating less calories (but not way too few) will increase your energy in a few days.

The following supplements may help reduces symptoms of fatigue.
NUTRITION:
Beta carotene (50,000 IU or international units) daily to strengthen immune function
Vitamin C (1,000 mg three to six times daily) to increase endurance.
B complex (50 to 100 mg daily ) to reduce the effects of stress.
Pantothenic acid or (4 to 7 mg daily)
Magnesium aspartate (400 to 1,000 mg daily) to support energy production.
L-carnitine (330 mg one to three time daily ) to support energy production in the cells.
HERBS:
