Hey! I asked this question before. Gotta applaud the ladies here. Very honest answers. And since I'm a 35 yo divorced man, there's no way I'd consider myself damaged goods. There was a time around when the divorce was happening but I took the time to think about me and my life and realize I'm still a good person inside. I have a lot to live for and a lot to give to the next relationship. You should think the same way.
G'luck to you bro.

Yes, we're ALL damaged goods. I've got TONS of emotional realtionship-related baggage and I'm only 22! The thing is.. you have to work through your problems before you start to date again.
You really need to reflect on your failed marraige and think about what went wrong. Don't assume the victim position. Think about the things YOU did that negatively affected the relationship, and then start working them out.
I think that once you're no longer bitter/ sad/ depressed/ anxious/ lonely/etc., you're ready to date again. It sounds corny, but you have to be fully comfortable being single before you can have another successful relationship.
Don't rush into anything as a quick emotional or physical fix. There is a high chance that things won't work out if you jump in too quick.. and it will only increase your baggage and make you less sure of dating.
Good luck!

No, you're a statistic. Just learn from your failed marriage and grow as a person from the experience.

Nope. You're only damaged if you let yourself be.
