In terms of listenership, they have the fewest listeners. In terms of accuracy and non-bias, statistics show that viewers whose primary news source is NPR are the most well informed.

NPR is superior to all those services. NPR has the most news and it works hard to present both sides of each issue.
NPR has many programs that devote an entire hour to a single issue so that you actually get to the analysis of an issue instead of the catch-phrases and sound-bites that the other services are limited to.

I'd give them a nine. They are much better at over all coverage of everything than any of the bigger networks. More detail about what and why.
