Is it bad to squeeze black heads??

If you let them be, youll have a face full of bacterial party craters. take them off anytime they appear, and put to your face some desinfection after that.

It depends, black heads ready for squeezing should just pop put of the pore with a gentle squeeze, if it needs squeezing with nails and still does not pop, then leave it alone for the time being.

Yellowhead spots, however, are a differnt kettle of fish as if you squeeze these, there is a chance of more infection.

There are many great products on the market now to combat blackheads and spots, so you may want to invest in some of these, especially the backhead remover strips, these are great.

OK very good points here. Yes the music has no positive influence at all. Yes you can go underground and dig everywhere and find it but it probably want be quality music. What's important is what's on TV that's what everyone will look at anyway. I wish there was better music myself and I'm for one aren't like the girls you mentioned. I feel sorry for them and they probably grew up without their father or mother just aren't doing her job. I point the blame to these rappers because they know we look up to them so they need to do better. Hell what can you say about this the economy sucks people are stingy with their money right now so only a select of rappers control the audience for now.

um I've never heard of squeezing black heads. People usually only sqeeze white heads cuz theyre easier to pop. I would use a peel off mask to help get rid of black heads. Also theres a ton of cleansers and astringents that help too.

I recommend you squeeze maybe like one black head a day... don't go overboard.

yes, if u squeez black heads, there may be marks or acenes on ur face, so avoid squeezing them. try using a black head removal strip. also, there is an aroma oil for removing black heads & that is the easiest method of removing black heads.

YES!!! Any squeezing of any acne can cause scarring on your face. Only licensed dermatologists should be extracting zits.

If you need to get a blackhead out, try exfoliating your face every other day, in additon to washing and moisturizing.

for the most part just always wash your face

with daily washing blackheads hopefully and usually wash away

but if its a nasty a s s little black a s s dot on your face that simply looks like its begging to come out... thats maybe even half out already

I totally squeeze blackheads... I don't feel they're ever removed from your skin if they aren't squeezed

You can cleanse your face to prevent new ones.. but pop those yukky black spots on your nose!

I have to squeeze mine. They look awful when i leave it by itself. Usually, after taking a shower, i get a cloth and get the blackheads out. If not, i use the strip from Biore to remove the blackheads. It actually works!

You can scar and th emore you get rid of them the faster they come back (catch 22) why not jsut use the strips or the blackhead remover dealies? Do it after a nice warm shower, it loosens them up. Good luck.
