Go to www.ask.com and type in "Free baby shower games" and they will take you to web sites where you can print games. My step-daughter did this for my baby shower.

Give everyone when they come in a baby bottle pin and tell them that no one can say baby the entire time they are there. If they hear someone say it, they can take their pin away. The person with the most pins will win. You can have people write on a bingo form what they think the mom to be is going to get as gifts. One for each space. The person who gets bingo wins. What is in the baby food jar. Buy some baby foods (stage 1) Label the jars 1 - 10. Let the people guess what is in the jar (after you remove the labels). You can then give the baby food to the mom to be - she will be able to use them when her baby is 6 months old. Sorry that is the most games I remember. I wanted as few games as possible because I was very tired when my shower came along. They gave me one shower (both sides at one time) so that I didn't have to go to more than one.

I just went to a baby shower and we played quite a few games.
One was the clothes pin game. Everyone got a clothes pin and had to pin it on themselves. If anyone said the word baby the person that heard it could steal their clothes pin.
Another was they had taped a picture of a baby bottle on the bottom of the cake plates and the person that ended up with that plate won.
Another was a dress the baby race. We all had baby dolls and we had to dress the baby in a diaper, dress, booties, hat, and wrap her in a blanket. The person who dressed her the fastest won.
Another was a memory game. They had 15 baby related items on a table (pacifer, bottle, diaper, diaper pin, hair bows etc). We had 30 seconds to look at all the stuff then write down as much as we could remember.
Another was a unscramble the baby words game. She said she got it off the internet.
The last game we played was hilarous. We split into 2 teams. It was a relay. We had to run down to the other end and get dressed in the hospital gown, slippers, and a robe and then run back to the next person, get all that off and have them run down to the next person waiting at the other end.
Hope some of these ideas help!

1. The toilet paper game. Your guests need to pick out the right amount of toilet paper that will fit around the pregnant belly. The closest one wins.
2. Put up a table with lots of baby items on it. Like bottles, pacies, receiving blankets, onesies etc. Have it sitting there when the guests arrive but don't tell them what its there for(they will write down whats on the table and cheat) After everyone has ate, cover up the table and give them a piece of paper and tell them to write down what they remember being on the table. The one with the most right answers wins.
3. Take 20 words that has something to do with pregnancy. Labor, pain, forty weeks, rocking chair, and so on. Mix up each word and print them on some paper. Pass them out and whoever gets the most right answers wins.
4. Put different kinds of baby food into diapers. One kind of food for each diaper. I would do about ten. Then Pass them around and have each person write down their answers on to what kind of food they think it is. The one with the most right answers wins.
Remember to find out who has the most right answers is to say, for example in a game with 20 answers, who got 20 right... who got
19 right and so on.... Be prepared for some two to three way ties. Good luck and have fun.

A friend of mine had a fun game. She asked all the guests to guess how big her stomach was in inches. She had a ball of string that they could cut to the same length as their guess. Then everyone took turns measuring her belly with their string to see who was the closest. So all you need is string and a measuring tape.
