What happened to Betemit, Ensberg, Youkilis, Huff, and the other big names that were being thrown around? Walker & Bellhorn platooning at third? The Pads still go to the World Series, but 3B will be ugly this year.

Betemit went to the Dodgers...Ensberg and Youkilis are with contenders...and Huff went to the Astros. Padres were too slow so they went with an emergency patch. Personally, I'da gone after Huff or Betemit before it was too late.
