I am looking for the best way to link a new website i have. Mostly i am looking for free methods to do this. Will aprreciate both reciprocal and non reciprocal listing but non reciprocal wil be highly appreciated. Any automated systems to help me do this will be highly welcome. If you have to give a paid option, please quote one that is cheap but very efficient. I would appreciate especially one that you only pay a one time fee as oppossed to monthly fee. Any free linking directories will lso help. I am on almost zero budget. thanks for understanding.

you can use the [Shift] key to open a new link in the web site you're surfing like if you go to[ http://www.yahoo.com ] and you want to open [ http://games.yahoo.com ] In a new window press [Shift] when you are linking to the games link.......
p.s:[this is only when using Microsoft Internet explorer, and it might be enabled with other explorers....mm mm]
