I'm not sure what store i can buy it at a name of the store would be great and address would be amazing. Also i have checked all the stores in the malls

Have you checked the really small kiosk-type store at Union Station? They have a ton of shirts like that, it's on the lower level near one of the entrances. There is also a t'shirt place on the second level that only has STL shirts and things that could possibly have it, too.
