sub-urbs of philadelphia... and i have moved 5 times, all over the states (aspen, atl, dallas, brooklyn) and australia for a bit... everyone should go away for a while... there would be a lot more open minds if folk learned to see things from other vantage points...
you go away to learn about where you are from....

I have moved all over the state of California, but mostly within the San Francisco Bay Area. I currently live about 20 minutes from where I was born. I love it here.

I lived in my hometown for 25 years and I just moved. I love it. Everyone in my family lives in the same town and has for years and it was cool to be the first one to get out and make it on her own somewhere else.

No. I was born in Troy, AL and was happy to leave that place. It was a small town where everybody knew your business. I'm many states away from my home town, and happy too.

I was born in Columbus Ohio and now live in a different suburb of the same city. I love to travel but like to live near my family! The suburbs of Cols. seem like a pretty decent place to live on a day to day basis based on what I've seen in my travels! :) Big city conviences (24 hour businesses, entertainment) but not too big and dirty! :)

Birmingham, AL
One the way home from work, I will pass the hospital in which I was born, my elementary school, my middle school, my high school and my college.
It's a 45 minute drive.
