What is the best aerial tour of the Grand Canyon?

There appear to be several companies doing aerial sightseeing tours of the Canyon (departing from Vegas), so I was wondering if anyone had any insight into one that might be better than others. (3-4 hr duration, hotel to hotel, flight only, for time saving purposes) Thanks!

Never done that but have seen the canyon from my corrercial flight to/from Vegas. Try the web sites below.
