Well that could be any number of things but I would first check your blood sugar and make sure you are not hypoglycemic or possibly developing diabetes. It could also be vertigo, although I don't know if it causes nausea. I believe you can check symptoms on a website called webmd.com Good Luck and hope you get to feeling better.

The first thing to consider is pregnancy. Can you be pregnant? If not, then maybe diabetes as in low blood glucose. There may be many other things that could cause dizzyness, nausea and tireness. So, best go to your doctor and get it diagnosed and treated.

Check your Blood Pressure. It could be high. Eat healty food/ Avoid red meats and salt . Walk. Check your sugar level too. I bet you will feel better once you know whats wrong and do the right things. Dont get stressed out. Bad for health. If your pressure is hight consult a doctor. Dont take self medication.

There are hundreds of health-related problems that could cause these symptoms. Is this unusual for you, are you in the heat a lot, sinus problems, been exposed to insect bites. If it continues you should see a doctor.

Assuming you are female, you may be pregnant. Could be high blood pressure, inner ear problems or blood sugar problems (diabetes). Best to see a doc & get it checked out. May be nothing, but may be something that could be life threatening if not treated.

Have you been eating right? I experienced that for a while when I wasn't. Also check your blood pressure: It might be a bit on the low side.
