I'm on #2 on the blacklist and after I complete my races, it takes forever to reach my milestones. They want you to go on a chase for 9 minutes, that's hard when your car is fast. Do I need a slower car?

I've found that when you have a faster car you'll need to either slow down a bit or reverse your direction to reach the time limit. I would get on the freeways and just keep drawing them in behind me then take off. Sometimes when I had outrun the cops I'd have to slow down, tuen around and actually go hunting for them because they'd just simply give up on chasing me.

No cheat code but if you go to gamefaqs.com there is a little how to for you to achieve those achievements without much work.
