The human body can repair itself as often as needed. If you keep breaking the same part, though, it may not be able to repair itself as effectively as before. If the damage is too great, it will take longer to repair itself, or it may not be able to (hence death).

repair what?? Depends on how healthy your body is, and what the injury is. Bodies are amazing things if taken care of correctly.
