You have to have the airline and at least the departure and arrival airport information. You can then research the flight number if you need to. If you have the flight number it is easier. Using the airline's web site you can check estimated departure and arrival times. These won't be confirmed until the plane actually leaves and arrives.
If you call the airline they will only give you estimates until the plane is in the air and/or landed and you will need the flight number. For security reasons they can not tell you if your parents made the flight.

If you know which airline they are flying on, do a search for it so you can find the website and it should show you how to look up flight times for arrivals.

If you know the flight number you can go to the airline website and find it that way. If not, you may have to call the airline.

Do you know the airline and flight number? If so, go to that particular airline site and you can enter them in and it will tell you times of departure and arrival.
