Yes, either with his heat vision or with a hand made knife or scissors from his space craft that brought him to earth (this is where he got the Super Suit.)
As for the STD, no disease on earth can affect him so if he wanted to, he could have sex with any woman (why would he though considering he could hurt them). Therefore, the question is mute. Can he see through himself? Since his skin is very dense, I doubt that he could although if he can cut his hair with his heat vision, it would only be consistent that X-ray vision would also work on himself.

Supes can cut his hair and shave by using heat vision on a mirror. He can bite his nails to cut them. Supes is a virgin because he wouldn't want to hurt them if he lost control or upon clima*ing. [Ok, ok in the movie, Supes transformed to do it with Lois Lane, but at that point you can't call him Superman anymore, right] Supes would not associate with women with STDs and besides, he only loves Lois. Yes, he can see through himself.

On the hair part, yeah sure, just give him a pair of scissors along with a mirror and he'll do just fine. And yeah, he can probably cut his own nails, but the rest of your questions I am not so sure about...

well i know he can shave using a mirror and his heat vision. and he can cut his hair, lex actually cloned him once from a lock of hair that he gave metropolis (also dont u remember his long hair days after he was re-born?) every part of him is stronger than a human, yes, but the ratio's of strength is also proportionate to ours.
