It all depends on the person. The person's views on rather to have sex before or after marriage is up to the individual. Right or wrong depends on the person's belief. The values a person has will be the answer to this question.

Overall, I would say it was a bad idea, simply because there are too many people in the world that use sex as a tool to get what they want, be it a "captive husband," a "trophy" or just the thrill of the hunt. I do not believe that sex should be exclusive to marriage, but I do believe that if you are looking for a marriage partner, you should not in any way base your decision on sex.

It really depends on the person. I personally wouldnt do it because i believe in sex after marriage. It really is a struggle because a lot of ppl stick to their religious belief of sex after marriage while society today promotes casual sex.

The most important thing is that you are safe about it. Know your partner very well and know the risks that are there.

whether or not you do it before or after marriage is up to you.

I think it is wrong to have sex before you fall in love. I think that is more important. Marriage has just become a license in today's world, it's sad. But I think it is more important that you actually love the person before having sex with the person. That's what I think, anyway.

Matthew 5:27-28 You have heard that the law of Moses says, Do not commit adultery. But I say, anyone who even looks at a woman with lust in his eye has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

Read Song of Songs (Solomon) 4:1-16 to find out how sex in marriage can be.

It's a personal choice, each person must make, based on myriad issues.

Personally, I'm against it, as partners will develop sexual preferences and tastes before meeting their lifepartner. If the physical aspect of the relationship is good, but perhaps not as good as a previous relationship, the "silent phantom" can interfere with a normal marriage.

Also, the disease, unwanted pregnancy, etc, makes it a bad idea in general.

I think that living together (sex included, of course) should be mandatory. Perhaps all marriages should be given a one year "no fault" opt out clause. There is a big difference between dating and actually living together as a married couple.

Right or wrong according to who? Your grandmother? The Bible? Koran? The Torah?
I don't know of any religion that permits it. In fact they speak very strongly against it. So what does that tell you? All the religions that disagree on so much, agree on this.
There has to be a reason.

according to the bible, it's very WRONG! marriage is about commitment and giving your body to soemone you really love, not someone that you might leave a while later if suddenly not interested. society says it's ok but it's not. what's the point of marriage if all of its values are lost due to pre marital acts?
plus, your chances of getting the HIV virus as well as STDs increase, especially if you have a lot of sexual partners, like in one night stands.
