Yeah, tell me about it. I live in NJ and I work in a lab with no air conditioning. Because we have a metal roof, it's always about 10 degrees hotter than outside. My bosses solution? Fans and drink water. Great, so let's just blow the hot air around a little more while you sweat out all the water you're drinking!

In this day in age its time to buy an airconditioner, if you cant afford central air. You can get a small window a/c for not all that much. I work and live in airconditioned areas, but my car has a black interior and nothing is worse than opening the car door and getting punched in the face with that awful heat. to answer your question yes, but thankfully we can do something about it.
