just clear your history. you can do this in preferences and also set it up to clear the history periodically. if you set the number of pages to remember to something very low you shouldn't run into too many problems. also clear your cache. that's also in preferences and a place where nefarious pages can hide.
of course if you really want to be safe stop looking at porn on the computer.

go to tools, click on internet options, here you can delete temporary files, delete cookies, and clear history. You can do this when on any web site. It is on your toolbar. look up.

You can clear ur History by going to INTERNET OPTIONS in TOOLS or in CONTROL PANEL and click CLEAR HISTORY.
