I'm wondering how does a cow's tongue taste like? I've tasked pig's tongues, taste like meat, quite nice when cooked it spicy hot. I've heard that in Hong Kong, duck's tongues is a delicacy there when taken with beer or wine.

I am a pretty darned adventurous eater. But tongue is pretty much at the outer limits of things that are edible.
