Where i can download legally arcade games with a mame?

If you can tell me a site to have an emulator and all of its games.
I would prefer Mame 32 but if you have something better just tell it!

Also, you know were i can download music without P2P client and to be legally!

Try this sight http://mameplus.emu-france.com/ its MAME Plus. click on the GCC Binary 0.107 under binary. this will down load a zipped file. unzip it to your hard drive. This will be the back bone program for your mame system.
For down loading roms I suggest http://www.rom-world.com/ and http://www.romnation.net/srv/roms/mame.html both are reliable, no pop ups or under and I haven't came across any troubled files. I also highly recommend first hitting up http://www.efmovie.com/mame.htm down load all the BIOS ROMS first this will help you in running roms you download. ROMS sometimes need BIOS and CHD files to operate. And remember not all roms are working some don't work at all and others could be missing sound. After downloading a Rom or Roms place them unzipped in your mame pluss file in the roms folder. For chd files go to http://www.pleasuredome.org.uk/mameftpgroup/index.php?current and read these files are large and take time downloading.
I do not suggest using Lime-wire much for roms, bios, and chd files but (BUT) I have used it. I found a lot of corrupt and hacked files. a lot of worms and viruses
