Yeah, i'm sure everyone feels like that at some point. Some more then others. Don't get yourself too worried.

for no apparent reason? well it may seem that way but I am sure it is probably something. I mean I am not suggestting you are sick or pregnant but maybe you have been busier latley and that is contributing to it. or perhaps you have a virus you dont know about. mono causes those symptoms and pretty much nothing else. or i know for me it is the end of a semester so for the last 2 weeks i have been in crunch mode which catchs up with me.

First things first, you are normal...we all have times when the stresses of life catch up with us. Try playing your favorite music really loud, or having a talk with a mate, catch up on your sleep by taking a relaxing bath with lavendar, then shutting the world out of your room.....you will be feeling much better in no time :)

Have a thorough check-up of general health. FBS and PPBS for sugar level, ECG and TMT for cardiac functions after consulting your doctor. Don't worry. You may be healthy but as a precaution, better have the results of the tests mentioned above.

Yep - I do some times. I am all the time when I have PMT!

Try changing something in your life or organising something to do over the next few weeks, so you have something to look forward to. I find I get like that when I have nothing to look forward to.

You are probably a little depressed. I think it is normal for us to experience it at on point or another but if it starts to control your life you should seek help.

You sound depressed, how are things going with you job or personal life..... you might find the answer there, cheer up maybe the cooler weather will help.
