I think ABC.com was only doing that for a limited time... not sure if they still are. You can watch old TV shows through AOL... they have lots of old shows that are pretty good.

Head on over to http://tv.peekvid.com/ - they have selected episodes of programs that stream directly from the site. Not whole seasons of shows (as far as I know) just a few.
Their main site is at http://www.guba.com/ - they have less TV episodes online than they used to. They also have videos you can pay to download if you like, which range from whole seasons of TV shows to full movies.
