I love tampons! I would recommend you try the Playtex tampons with a plastic applicator. Then follow the directions on the package. Also if this is your first period remember that not all tampons may fit you. I am 20 and the super tampons are too large to fit very comfortably in my vagina. So just try a few types but I like the plastic applicators best because they are smooth enough to glide in easy!

You can put some KY gell on it and buy a tampon with a plastic applicator. when you insert the tampon put it in on a slight angle towards the small of our back.

Tampons can cause you to have cramps. Just use a maxi pad. But if you blood flow is heavy I think you should also use a tampon.

no you shouldn't put anything on the tampon because you should have enough wetness to you for it to slid in. just follow the directions on the paper that comes with the tampons. if it still deosn't work then use pads instead.

when putting in a tampon try to relax maybe even think about Orlando Bloom, hehe. Another thing that sometimes helps is push like you are trying really hard to pee and sometimes that helps it slide in easier. You can put vasiline on it too, that has to work.

you are just a little tense, and are probably not putting it in all the way, you should not feel the tampon, try slim fits.

Alo you can get free samples at the following sites

try a little bit of KY jelly or another WATER based lubricant. Also try a different brand that actually has an applicator. This can make it a whole lot easier. V

Use sanitary towels like Always or Carefree or Libresse. They are discreet and they'll last you for about 4-5 hours!
