Any voting system is irrelevant as long as any special interest group controls what we can see on the mass media: magazines and newspapers, radio and television. If the same group owns the big press with the foreign correspondants (from whom all the lesser papers merely post copy), then the only political candidates you will ever hear about in the press will be the ones of whom that group approves.
And likewise for television. And if the same group that controls the press also controls the broadcast media, then most people won't have any way to know - NO WAY AT ALL - to know about who is running for high public office, unless the media masters are willing to publicize his candidacy. In a situation like that, it doesn't matter who the people vote for, the winner will always favor the interests of the influential group, not those of the whole nation.
Such is indeed the situation in the United States. Our media are owned and/or operationally controlled by Zionist Jews.
Not only is our political system controlled by Jews, but the values toward which American society is continually being pushed are those that the Jews have deemed acceptable for the American goyim. Their entertainment shows, including most Hollywood movies, serve two purposes: to get our money and to indoctrinate us with the beliefs and values that they want us to have.

If you are referring electronic voting machines, no it will be prone to fraud, unless a check is put in place (receipt). Yes electronic voting machines violate our rights. It has been proved these machines are easily manipulated. Look for the manufacturers of the machines and their political ties. Then look at where these machines are used, then look at exit pool data verses the "actual" count. Then you can get some idea about how wide spread voter fraud is, its always been around but because of technology it has gone overboard, and there is no real way to check it. I did my research. The Republicans have basically every in to these voter machine manufacturers. "Its not the voter that has the power, its the ones that count the vote" Joesph Stalin

What new voting system?
The electoral college is defined in the Constitution, and would require a constitutional amendment to change.
