Why would you want to beat him? Even though it was put in a somewhat crude way, it was still a compliment; some people really don't understand the TRUE meaning of MILF as showcased during a segment last season on Donald Trump's Apprentice as a "bubble" above one of the contestant's head saying: "That's a MILF." or words to that affect. But if he starts getting "pushy" or wants to pursue your wife, then I'd have a nice long "chat" with him.

You intense jealousy is showing.
Why would you want to beat anyone up who has given your wife a compliment? in doing so he has just complemented you for being married to her.
Take care of that special wife and forget him Do you not trust her any more than that?
The more you show her you don't trust her the harder you make it on her.
What if some woman came up to your wife and said you were hot, or a great looking guy? Would she be so jealous? How would you feel about that? Kind of like it I bet.
Leave your neighbor alone and strut your wife in front of him at every opportunity. Focus on loving her and you have no problems.
