I have a website offering Awareness Pins and I want the highway deparment officials to receive this. How do I do it?

State or federal government?

Each state has its own website in the form of www. state.xx.us. For arizona its www.state.az.us for example. If state is what you want you will need to go to your particular state and look up individual contact information for your particular highway department.

If Federal:
The US Department of Transportation website is www.dot.gov. you can click the "Contact us" link on the top right to see contact info. Their general information address is dot.comments@dot.gov

Now there is a good way to get anti spam legislation passed. Spam the government.

I did as quickly as, besides the undeniable fact that it wasn't that significant, no love letters or hate mail or something. yet I hate it whilst i'm no longer able to undergo in recommendations if I even have despatched an e mail or no longer, so I deliver it back. that still happens with textual content textile messages.
