How can I get on to my computer to remove it when this message won't allow me to get to the Windows desk top?

As per a search I just did, Issas.exe is a virus. You need an antivirus boot disk to clean it independant from the OS.

First disconnect your computer from any kind of network or the Internet. (Physically unplug the network cable). Not being connect to a network can prevent the lssas.exe error from appearing.
Boot the computer into Safe Mode by pressing F8 repeatedly during bootup until you get a menu screen that allows you to select Safe Mode
Hopefully this will get you to the desktop.
The lssas.exe error has todo with the vulnerability to the Sasser virus. You will want to have a CD with an update virus scanner available to install as you will be unable to access the Internet without getting the lssas.exe error until you have plug the vulnerability.

You have a virus. Try booting your computer in safe mode: press F8 as soon as you turn it on, when it goes to th screen, select safe mode. Run Norton Antivirus.

Boot from a hard disk with Norton Anivirus and scan your computer. You have a virus.
