Some PC133 SDRAM modules aren't fully compatible in older systems.

Even though PC133 is technically backwards compatible to run at slower PC100 and PC66 speeds, many of them use high RAM densities. When they are recognized by the motherboard, it's possible they still refuse to work with the other modules. Thus, the BIOS is effectively turning the smaller ones off.

You can try to rearrange their position. For example, I would try the larger 256MB module in the first slot. Try every slot.

It might be time for you to just upgrade the whole system, but if you insist on sticking with what you've got, try to find a compatible stick at:

You generally cannot mix memory size and types.

According to the user manual for your motherboard, you can use PC100 memory types, faster can work but probably not getting your monies worth. You cannot mix memory types on many of these older boards. You probably need to match up another 256mb single memory stick and it might see the other two sticks. Or not. As a general rule for most low cost MBs, if the manual does NOT say you can do something, you can't. Since they do not mention that you CAN mix memory types and sizes, you probably can't.

Ditch the two 64MB modules and put in another 256MB just like the other one and your performance should improve. Put in another one and it will improve some more; but the difference going from 512MB to 768MB won't be as noticeable as from 256MB to 512MB will be.

If you have a computer geek friend who is also a pack rat let him or her know what you are doing. In similar circumstances I have given people old RAM that I had stopped using years before, that was just what they needed.

Your system is not updated if you are still using SD-RAM.... What time zone are you still on, the 90's?

And is this a question? If so, then maybe the 256 module conflicts with the other modules...
