When there is a common sense answer to a problem and the company you work for ignores the suggestions you make which would make everyone's job easier and more efficient. Then... months down the road.... some pissant manager comes up with the same idea and claims it as their own!!!! ARRRRRG!!!!!!!!!!!

Got bullied at work! :( Been working for almost 10 years in ex-coy doing same task. Now joined another coy and got bullied by the reception who is less experience then me..... Can only keep quiet for now.

People who says their going to call you when they get home or something like that then don't call until 3 or 4 hours later. That just pisses me off.
