If you are never going to see him again than i think taht you should tell him or you will regret it. Trust me i would know becuase i didnt tell my crush that i how much i liked him and i came back from vacation and he had already moved. I think you should just say i know your moving and i will miss you alot. But even though i know it doesnt matter since you are moving I like you. Hopefully he says the same in return ... --good luck---

Say, I would really like to stay in contact with you can we be pen pals while you are away. He may like the idea of keeping in contact with you and if you are too shy to tell him in person that you like him you can do it in a letter. Good luck.

You say to him I really " I really like you and can't wait for you to get back" maybe you can keep in contact with him while he's gone.The best way is straight out and open.Most people are not mind readers and who knows maybe he likes you too.
