I was among the three smallest and the youngest in the class, and always got bullied by the biggies, and the notorious guys in the class. I hate the situation and it really destroyed my young age. School days were not happy days for me. I don't want to have any links with that time now.

They said and did the worst things anyone can do to another person and I still don't wont to talk about it.

I fought back by being the brightest in the class, and sharing my knowledge and later by learning marshall arts. But my main strategy was to help everyone and win them over. This really protected me because at a certain point of time every body needed my assistance.

They came from various backgrounds, and their lifestyle was linked to that type of violent activities.

I would not say my strategies had been successful always. But it really provided me with an escape routine. If I had not fought back the way I did, I would have ended up either as a criminal trying to get the revenge (as in some films), or as a dead man.

I still cry-over my lost teen-ages and many many years I spent in trouble because of that. I don't want even an enemy of mine to go through this.

I worked for a bully in my previous job. He would make nasty comments, take the mick if i wore any other coloured trousers etc. Then the next instance he was as nice as pie. He was constantly saying that one of the girls was a liar, and he didnt like her and to watch her, and near to the end of my time there he said the same about me. In the end i was so fed up i called in sick, and never went back as i handed in my notice with immidiate effect. I got a message on my answer phone calling me into a meeting the next day to 'see my position within the company'. Yeh right - as if i wanted to beg for my job back. So i never turned up to the meeting. The next thing i know i have a letter land on my door step saying they had SACKED me due to Gross Misconduct ( failing to turn up for thr meeting). I called them and he said with my actions he would keep me out of a job and i wouldnt recieve a referance. I never did - i found another job, left there after 4 mths and came to work where i am now. THE BEST THING I HAVE EVER DONE IS STAND UP TO THAT BULLY!!

Discriminatory...the last employer I worked for was trying to replace higher paid individuals with entry level agents to reduce costs. She was trying to find any excuse to terminate them. I reported her and then quit. I couldn't work for someone or a company who tolerated such practices.
