It's the same thing that everyone should have at any given time. There is no special diet plan for pregnant women except limiting caffeine and avoiding alcohol.
Everyone should follow the food pyramid, stick to mostly whole foods. Pregnant women only need about 500 more calories a day then non-pregnant women.

They say the standard daily requirement of the 4 food groups + 300 to 500 extra calories is good. Trust me type in "diet requirements for pregnancy" or hell just type in "pregnancy" in the search bar you'll find more information than you can handle.

Just avoid the junk food, fast food and excess sugar and salt. Follow cravings if they are healthy. When I had my son I thought the greatest breakfast was a soft boiled egg on butered toast, I had it every day. I don't think avoiding meat is healthy, it has B vitamins and iron that you need.

Am I getting paid to be your research tool?
Look up some articles, call doctors and look at What to Expect When You're Expecting.

Lots of water to stay hydrated, lots of vegetables ( they give you fiber, just have to avoid those that make you bloated, like broccoli), protein (meat, chicken), fruit, one serving of carbohydrate a day and milk, cheese, or any product that can give you a ggod serving on calcium. Dont forget the PNV.

Don't smoke, don't drink alcohol, and try not to eat meat and have lots of vegetables instead, because you have much less space in your body to process food.
