If the sperm were to enter her blood stream, there probably would be. But women don't freebase semen - it (usually) enters a passage way that is designed to receive it. It wouldn't make evolutionary sense for an allergic reaction to occur; the whole point of sperm is the production of offspring, silly.

This is the beauty of the human body: since it is necessary for the survival of the species for this to work, the body does not attack the sperm as it would other foreign matter. If at some point there were species where this happened, obviously they'd be extinct pretty quickly.
This is also why the embryo can develop in the mother's body without being attacked.

It depends on what you call "immediate reaction" when you catch a cold you can go days without symptoms.
The symptoms are the reaction your body has to the foreign matter. Or your body fighting the antibodies.
Sperm will die on it's own and get flushed out by normal body processes before they can cause an infection.

Actually, there ARE some women who naturally produce abnormal proteins in their reproductive system that actually attack human sperm. (In fact, there are even some men who produce antibodies that attack their OWN sperm!)
This, and a whole lot of other complications, face the human sperm everytime it's discharged into the vagina to find the female egg. It's a wonder women get pregnant at all. If it weren't for high sperm count, sperm motility and high libido, we wouldn't be here today.

Probably because humans are meant to reproduce and if there was anything like an anti-body, it would only hamper reproduction.
