When I was pregnant I was just like you worrying about everything that I ate.
Guess what though, not only did my child come out healthy but the only thing I regretted was spending my time worrying about such trivial things and actually enjoying the experience of being pregnant.
If your worrying like this now - just think what you'll end up like as a mother. Try to relax that will be the very best thing for your unborn child and for you too!!!

Pre-packaged Mayo is fine for pregnant ladies as the egg is usually powdered and therefore free of samonella.
You need to avoid freshly made mayo.

I ate exactly the same things pregnant or not. No problems at all. If you stop eating everything you are not supposed to you would starve. Who thinks of these things anyway! Don't worry if you want mayo you have it!

at the start, the individuals criticising you right here would desire to take a seat back down or pass away. you're right here because you're soliciting for advice and are patently apprehensive you have harmed your toddler. it is not likely it could have accomplished something to the toddler if it became merely as quickly as, besides the actuality that it ought to probable make you miscarry. (additionally no longer likely as quickly as) in spite of you do, do no longer do to any extent further. As you're drugging your toddler. it is residing off of you, so each and every little thing you consume/drink/sniff, your toddler is merely too. the suitable ingredient is to no longer rigidity your self. you may no longer substitute what got here approximately so merely make the suitable of your being pregnant and don't difficulty on the subject of the previous. Make an mind-blowing destiny :) you would be nice :) solid success!

if you have had no illness following... every thing is fine.
the warnings with mayo are associated with the egg and the risk of salmonela, however, this really applies to homemade/freshly made mayo.
also worth noting that the warning of soft cheeses during pregnancey is associated with unpasterised cheeses. unpasturised cheese is a speciality now, so it will tell you on the packet. most cheeses these days are pasturised for health safety reasons.

Providing it was mayo in a jar rather than home made then you should be fine... home made mayo is made from raw egg yolks which you should avoid in pregnancy due to risks from food poisening mainly.

Not likely, unless it was homemade fresh mayo that used eggs that had gone off.
Mayo from the jar is pasturised and will not cause any harm whatsoever becuase any bacteria has already been killed.
