Are you asking about "Principle" or "Principal".

do you mean what does a principle do at work?
if that is what you meant, then in a nutshell, he or she has to do a lot of different things. From worrying about disciplining the students to arranging faculty meetings...
i am thinking you want to maybe look into becoming a principal one day? if so, I would maybe ask one of your teachers or guidance counselors on maybe exploring ways to participate in a job shadowing assignment...
