Amoung the media coverage of 9/11, I specifically remember a 10 second clip of some kind of Middle Easterns celecrating in the streets and burning an American Flag. All the stations used the same loop, I think. I didn't hear a whole lot else about this after 9/11 though.

My question is.. 1) Was this stock footage? 2) How did the liberal media react to it? 3) Where was this footage from? (Iran? Saudi Arabia? Gaza?)

It was not stock footage and the liberal media liked showing it because it was shown several times for a few days. It was from Lebanon,Syria,Iran,Gaza, and yes Saudi Arabia.

generally supportive until the u.s. lost all credibility when they invaded iraq on trumped-up b.s.

this isn't france. most media in the u.s. is owned by large media corporations. cnn? wall st. herald? times syndicate? usa today? nytimes?

where's the 'liberal media', or is that just what you call anything that says something you don't agree with?
