The teams that will be able to compete with Miami are the Pistons, Nets and the Bulls. The Bulls are too young and too offensively challenged to be able to beat Miami or the Pistons. The Bulls may have the best defensive team, but the NBA rules were change this past season to increase scoring and the ball was changed which has increased shooting percentage in the summer leagues. The Nets may be able to compete with the Heat because they like to run, and Miami isnt too fast. Then of course the Pistons will just be upset about last year and will have a better offense with the continued defensive attitude they have had the past 5 years. Most likely it will be the Pistons and Heat in the eastern conference finals and I will say the Pistons will win because of the resiliancy they have shown the past 3 years.

I think the Chicago Bulls have the best chance I mean look at what happened when the Heat played the Bulls in the playoffs Chicago gave them a tough battle and now Chicago has a better team with the addition of Ben Wallace look out it will be interesting to watch and also keep an eye on the Pistons they can also sneak up there we will see.

no longer the Eagles, it really is for rattling optimistic. Their protection is a destroy, so is their offensive line. merely because the Redskins signed a DT would not cause them to champions, they don't look to be a DT faraway from a identify. they have issues nonetheless. The Cowboys obviously have the most expertise and each and every thing else, they merely choose administration, chemistry and teamwork, i imagine they could do this next season. The Giants were notably quiet considering that their superbowl, they're dropping Plaxico maximum likely, yet i love the resigning of Brandon Jacobs. they are going to be a notably sturdy contender. so as: a million.Cowboys 2.Giants 3.Redskins 4.Eagles

The Bulls.............Now with Ben Wallace they have the best defensive player in the east if not the league. Also Kirk Hinrich and Ben Gordon are getting better every year so the will be very good. Tyrus Thomas is also a very strong player. The starting line-up:
pg Hinrich
sg Gordon
sf Luol Deng
pf Thomas
c Wallace

The miami heat. You cant go wrong. you have D Wade aka flash and Shaq aka the deisel. D wade is the youngest MVP in the NBA and Shaq is hungy for another title. Also you can't forget that they have a pretty good bench, and arguably the best backup cener in the league. The heat have what it takes to win another championship.
