have you tried using the add/remove programs option to take out stuff you dont need? if that doesnt work you have two options

a) go through your "Program Files" directory and delete stuff you KNOW FOR CERTAIN is not installed any longer.

b) reinstall your operating system again as a clean install that formats your hard disk. if i remember correctly you had an earlier question involving reinstalling your operating system, and i believe it was reinstalled on top of your current OS.

Disable your anti-virus and firewall. We are going to manual delete them go to Start-->Search ---> Search for files and folders---C:// cookies click the file right click delete. Also Search for files and folders search for temporary Internet files and click that and when you see all the files in their right click select all and delete. Most times why you cant use that function is because your anti-virus is on and firewall. You could still try deleting them. On your Internet explorer also click Tools --Internet Options--General tab--Delete cookies---delete files--Clear History apply and press OK.
Also you can go Start--Accessories---System tools---Disk cleanup check the boxes you want and press OK. Hope this works for you.

Right-click and select properties. May sure they are not write-protected. Then try to delete them. If you cannot delete them, then you are out of luck.
