Valium

Well, I suppose that death would be pretty certain - but that's not much help, is it?
I cannot think of one thing that would cure bad nerves - and certainly would not recommend something like valium - dangerous and addictive.
I used to have panic attacks - and still do on occassions - and was put on steroids about 15 years ago - which I stopped taking about 10 years ago. They make you more open to any infection around - which doesn't exactly make you feel any better.
Decide what makes you feel 'nervy' and attack each potential problem on its own.
And now I will really bore you with a personal illustration!
I used to be terrified of thunderstorms. I would be physically sick. Then I had three children and had to teach them not to be scared of the thunderstorm. This was a huge turning point! I realised that I had misunderstood the emotions. I wasn't feeling fear (that made me nervous), I was feeling - EXCITEMENT! Using this information, when asked by a friend about her first flight in an aeroplane and how would she feel, I advised that she would have a feeling that she could either turn to excitement or turn to fear. I was the first person that she phoned when she got home from her holiday, thanking me for that advise - she realised that she could recognise the difference and route the feeling.
There is no certain cure - but the answer is taking the situation into your own hands.
Sorry to be so boring!

I have a couple of habits like wanting to wash my hands etc when it is silly. What I do is to think that if I were someone else I admire would they be doing what I am doing? Then I tell myself that it is silly and you cannot do x and x for reasons. Then I can control it. It also helps to ask yourself why you feel in this way and what caused it.

I guess it would be similar with nerves. The thing is not to be someone that avoids everything - that makes things worse. Instead take small steps and soon you will reach what seemed a daunting goal if you had done one big step. I strongly believe that if you want something - you can get it and only you can get something you want. If you don't want it, you won't put the energy in to attract it.

You can feel miserable and in defeat. Or happy and victorious.
Is all about choice. And this is one reason why I choose to avoid all soaps. Another is conditioning - but that's another story.

Update: Just read the post on thunderstorms. Essentially is what I have said here.

'Bad nerves' is a blanket term covering all aspects of nervous fear, nervous tension, physical reactions and emotions.

It is important you are professionally diagnosed and given the appropriate treatment. Having said that, if it is a particular domestic or work situation that is causing the problem then you need to decide what you can do to alleviate it.

On a non-professional approach seek out a Buddhist, Yoga or Tai Che follower and they should be able to offer some advice on breathing and meditation.

I can appreciate how depressed you must be but once you hit rock bottom there is no other way than to go up so do take heart.
Be strong, brave and most important do not hold yourself in low esteem.

Firstly I would look at what has caused these feelings. Try and avoid situations that make you worse and work through the underlying problems. There are the obvious drugs like valium or the herbal alternative valerium but maybe you should seek some help. Tackling the problem is the long term cure. Best wishes xx

There's no certain cure, but you could try all natural Rescue Remedy spray or droplets which calm your nerves, which you can get in most pharmacies.

If you've ever been disillusioned into thinking that there's nothing you can do to prevent premature ejaculation and that it's just something "you're born with" or "can't do anything about" then hopefully this will change your mind and inspire you https://tr.im/WVxuf

Because the truth is that there are many ways to prevent premature ejaculation, and being able to last longer in bed is something that lies within your control.

Yes, the key is to take an extra dose of the mineral magnesium. It doesn't matter in which form, malate, ascorbate, etc.
Higher Nature sell it on their website.
