price will depend on size, location, complexity,
color or not, outline only or fill-in, the tattooist's skill level,
best bet is to take your desired pic and shop it about to
a number of shops and tattooists...but you shouldn't
automatically take the "low bid" as that may not be the
best shop....

Hi, are you in the UK?
For a small tattoo on your lower back I would say around £60 - £100, I have quite a few tatoos, just to say be 100% certain that it is definitely the one you want before you have it done, I have made that mistake with 2 before and had to have a huge cover up that took 6 hours (in 3 sessions) and cost me £300. It is cool now though!!
Good luck!!

It all depends on who is doing it and how much detail will go into the tattoo. I currently have two of them, roughly the same size and one cost about $280 and the other $80. It just all depends. I suggest going to a few different places and check the price of each. Also look at the place and make sure they autoclave their tools ((If not, makes ure they use new tools everytime they do a tattoo)).
I do live in the states so the above is based on my experiences.

don't worry so much about the cost, unless you can't afford it. worry about the craftsmanship... this is going to be permanent! I had some bad work done with my first tatoo.. and had to get it covered up by another. The other one was big, and it was ultimately a waste of my money! I have two other tatoos, however, that I love! Choose wisely.

first of all, tattoo on the lower back = tramp stamp, or target. Tells the guy where his dick needs to go. I swear, that is what runs through guys' heads when they see one of those.
I don't know about pounds, but one that large should run about $150-200 American. Take the design to a shop and ask them.

I'd suggest you take it into a tattooist shop and ask for a price. They generally charge by the hour, and at least £100ph at that. It's a skilled profession.

It greatly depends on the size and colour but also where you live. Best to take the design into the shop and ask.

I would say at least £120. If its cheap, then there is a reason for that.
It depends on what part of the country you are in too though
