I am a person that would do anything to help anyone out before myself. But luck is never on my side. I get pulled over for a dui when i was sober. get my lisence suspended for not blowing cuz i didnt know the law. pay 700 to get a business liscense (got not guilty paid 2700 for the lawyer) get a ticket 3 weeks b4 the year suspension was up. fought that in court beat that too, then after i get my real liscence my car gets stolen 3 days after im able to drive again. Alot of other bad crap too thats just too much to type. i know this isnt that bad alot worse has happened to others but its just an example of bad luck. Please dont say stuff like accept responsibility because it really has no merit. just wanna see if there is others like me

Thank God me and my husband are not the only two people in the world who have rotten luck!!

My husband calls it "The Parkin (his last name) Curse" It goes something like this:

1. You'll never have any money.
2. Nothing will go your way.
3. People will take advantage of you.
4. You'll always be last in line.

Like you, there are so many anecdotes I could tell, most of them on a day to day basis!! Like the time he forgot to set the parking brake and our car ended up taking a swim in the river, or the time his brother asked if his girlfriend could stay with us until he could fly in to pick her up, without telling us she had outstanding warrants (my husband almost went to jail for that one because the sheriff showed up at our door and wanted to take my husband in for harboring a fugitive), or how about the time we were TWO CENTS short on cash to buy a scratch off lottery ticket and the guy behind us bought it instead, and he won $500.

My husband is the sweetest, most loving man I have ever met in my whole life and I love him with all my heart and soul, but he has the rottenest luck!!!

I completely agree with you. Sometimes the worst things happen to the best people, and I agree you shouldn't take responsibility, especially if you were not drunk and that's what started the whole chain of events (getting pulled over for the DUI when you were sober). Sometimes you have to look for signs in a situation, maybe this is a good lesson to never drive drunk, or to always keep your car locked? I used to be a heavy drinker and I used to drive drunk a lot, and I was never pulled over and I always thought I was just so lucky, but my cousin who never drank and was really against drinking and driving was killed in April by a drunk driver. One of my own killed my cousin....who would never drink and drive, she was always on the straight and narrow. What did that teach me...I quit drinking that week, and I haven't picked one up since. This case is slightly extreme, but there is always an underlying lesson to be learned in any situation...you'll find yours, just give it time. Just keep being a good person and good things will come your way.

I don't believe in curses, and that i do not believe in best good fortune/bad good fortune inside the enjoy you might have defined. For illustration, a few individuals say walking beneath a ladder is bad well fortune. I feel it might be thoroughly ridiculous accountable the complete lot bad that occurred to on jogging beneath the ladder. Or to characteristic all the best concerns that happened to you to the "fortunate" rabbit's foot to your handbag. Some individuals have quite a lot of dangerous matters occur to them. That is lifestyles. There is not consistently an motive in the back of it, nevertheless it certainly's human nature to take a seem at and to find one, that's why such a lot of humans will blame their dangerous fortune on whatever silly like a "curse".
