I stress this is completely hypothetical. It is not about relationships and is totally severed from reality. This is simply about human sexuality and the notions of gender and genitalia.

You have to have sex with one of these two individuals. Which one do you chose and why?

Individual 1.

A man. He's big, strong, he is your perfect ideal of man. He has a generic male personality. The only difference is - he has a vagina. A perfectly functioning vagina.

Individual 2.

A woman. She's pretty, she's svelte, she is your perfect visage of woman. She has a generic female personality. The catch is, she has perfectly functioning male genitalia.

You have to chose one, but which?

With this question I want to see whether your ideas of male/female are dictated by genitalia alone or by outward appearance/personality and how you relate to this sexually.

*It is critical to mention your gender and sexuality when answering as this is will provide extra insight.*

I am a female psychologist.....

I think of myself as mainly heterosexual (with some lesbian fantasies)

I know Freud said we are all potentially bisexual and I like this question.

I would pick the chick with the dick.

Why? Because I am bi-curious and the situation you suggest would force me to try. . . .

Also, the reason I identify as hetero is that I know I would miss penetration from the real thing (though I'm fairly sure I would prefer if it was joined on to a healthy, intelligent, sensitive man)

Thanks for the question!

Obviously, this would be a very odd question. Why would I have to have sex with one or the other? I'm a straight male, and if I happened to stumble across either the male or female version of abomination you mentioned above I'd be more inclined to drive a stake through it's heart.
My idea of a woman is not dictated by her genitalia alone, but by the entire whole of her physique. If I had a true dime-piece who was just so incredibly sexy, and to all appearances was normal....I'd be instantly repulsed and sickened to discover a penis between her legs....which would mean she isn't a real woman, but rather a digusting monster aka transvestite. I'd kill the f a g g o t, no question about it.
A man with a vagina, and a woman with a penis, what kind of fool contemplates such things? You sound like you have a really perverted hypothetical fantasy in your mind.....
What is a generic female personality?
I notice that perfect function is important criteria for your question,
which is ironic because gay people are not functioning in the correct way. Evolution, itself, would be evidence enough that their brains aren't wired right. And anyone who takes your stupid
either/or question and makes a choice isn't functioning right either. Obviously, the question is geared towards justifying your own inept nature, spiritual corruption, and illogical thought processes.
As far as insight goes, why don't you look inside yourself for the answer, since this is the kind of thing you think about. You are probably a homosexual, and God shall destroy you. And if he doesn't then nature, itself, will.
Burn in the fire everlasting, Amen.

I'm a lesbian and I'd go for the female-seeming one.

My attraction to women has nothing to do with their genetalia. Gender is not dictated by genitals, as is clear in cases of people born transgendered. A big, burly man with a vagina is still a big, burly man, and I'd want nothing to do with him.

On the other hand, I wouldn't be randomly having sex with anyone I wasn't in a committed relationship with, and outward appearance has little to do with whether or not I'm attracted to someone. Still, for the purposes of this hypothetical, I'd choose Individual 2.

I am a heterosexual female.

I would have sex with individual no. 1.

I recently saw a person called 'Budd' I think in 'Bizarre' magazine and I found myself strangely attracted to him. I will call him 'him' because he looked and acted in a very masculine way despite being born a woman and having a vagina.

I find the idea of being with a woman vaguely disgusting and very boring. Even if she had a penis, I would be fascinted to see it but I would rather just have a chat with her than attempt to have sex. Her body would do nothing for me sexually. I doubt I would be aroused enough to attempt sex.

I judge a person's gender by their overall appearance and demeanor. I definately do not focus on the genitals. Genitals only determine the person's bilogical sex, not their sociological and psychological gender.

i am a straight male

that is one heck of a question, by the way

i would choose the woman with the penis. i think i could get past the sexual oddity of it. however, i don't think i could be with the man, no matter what was between his legs. i can't imagine kissing a man, or being naked with one, i prefer the beauty of a woman and her soft touch.

also, on a side note, it wouldn't hurt that i would already have an in-depth knowledge of the functioning of the equipment that the woman has :P

I'm male and I would have to choose the FEMALE to have sex with. Basically because I could not get turned on by looking at a male body. A female body does it for me, as for the little extra... I'd have to close my eyes and think of England (but I think I'd be ok with it)!!!!!

Its has very little to do with genitalia, the first attractions is physical appearance, followed by personality then the final 'spark'.

Im attracted to eyes and face ... everyone is different.

As a male, heterosexual I would have to choose the female. While I would prefer female genetalia, it is more important that my partners Psychological outlook be female. We would work around the physical side of it.

Male

I would still have to go with #2. There is no way I could choose a guy regardless of "his gentalia". Atleast with the girl there are other ways around "her male gentalia", ie mouth, butt.
