I have had two children, and this is what I did: Lots of swimming and water aerobics. Yoga for the pregnant, and thai chi.
These are just some. I also took daily walks while I was still able to, and to arm excercises to keep them from getting too big. A good thing to use as a "weight" would be smaller sized water bottles, and only do the workouts til you feel like you got a good workout. You don't want to overdo it or cause yourself to go in to premature labor.

Go online and do a little research on the baby websites. You can and should do light exercise all through pregnancy. But there is a certain point where you should not do abdominal exercises. Walking is the best exercise for you that you can be sure is safe. Don't over do anything and be sure to get plenty of water!

Swimming and walking are best. But, if you are having a normal (complication free) pregnancy, you can continue whatever exercise routine you had before you were pregnant (according to my doctor). You might want to check with your dr. just to make sure, though. If you're worried that you'll over exert yourself, stick with the swimming and walking.
Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy!!

Try walking or light bike riding. Make sure whatever you do, that your doctor feels it's ok for you to do. Any little thing helps. Try to eat right and stay in shape as best as you can during your pregnancy. The weight will come off quicker post pregnancy. best of luck!

Ask your Dr. before you do anything. You should be able to continue with your regular workout routine with a few modifications...no crunches, and make sure to keep track of your heart rate...your Dr. will tell you how strong and how often to exercise.
Good luck!!
