It's been soooo long now (4 months) and I would love to work out. My muscles are still a little sore at times.

I'd say until you are well healed. I know it must be too long for you now, but maybe your body hasn't heal completely bc you say you still feel sored. Ask your dr, he may give you a check up and say when it's best for you to start working out again.

You need to ask your doctor, but usually 8 weeks after a C-Section you can start doing light ab work outs.

You can call your doctor and ask the advice nurse. But you are probably ok to do light crunches. Check with your doctor's office first though.
