dubbed means that the original film was in another language, and so they overlay a new soundtrack with a different language so you don't have to read the subtitles.
Fullscreen/widescreen refers to the aspect ratio the movie is in. (The size of the picture on the screen.) Fullscreen is a regular square, like most TVs, widescreen means a wider, narrower image that will either look squished on a normal TV or have the black bars at the top/bottom. (Meant to mimic the original theatrical aspect ratio)
