dubbed means that the original film was in another language, and so they overlay a new soundtrack with a different language so you don't have to read the subtitles.
Fullscreen/widescreen refers to the aspect ratio the movie is in. (The size of the picture on the screen.) Fullscreen is a regular square, like most TVs, widescreen means a wider, narrower image that will either look squished on a normal TV or have the black bars at the top/bottom. (Meant to mimic the original theatrical aspect ratio)

full screen fills your screen and cuts part of the picture on the sides whereas wide screen is the same widescreen type as theatres
