Play team sports.

In a team, the individual has to be aware of the roles of their team mates. They have to be able to trust their team mates to do the job when they pass the ball (or the client or some section of the account or whatever) to them.

- roles - understand them
- trust (respect)
- understanding that the people who score the goals only get there because someone has given them the ball in the right place at the right time
