leave to dry for a quite a while. 3-5 days. dont be tempted to turn on too early.. should be okay.

Water doesnt kill a cellphone, corrosion from the water drying slowly in it, is what causes most problems. That and turning it on when it is wet.
Immediately you need to pull out the battery and any other removeable components (like a sim card, the back cover, holster) dry it as best you can with a towel and pop it in the freezer, ideally in a paper sack.
Run down to a store like walmart and look for some silicon packs they put in things like shoes and camera cases to keep them dehumidified, ask the person working there if its ok if you take some home, they'll usually ok it.
when you come home, put those silicon packs in a ziplock baggy, put the frozen razr in that bag too, seal it up and put it in the fridge, not freezer this time
As it defrosts in the baggy, the packs should soak up any remaining moisture from inside the razr. migth take a few days though. dont be tempted to pull it out and reassemble it until you are sure its dry
if its done right, this should save your phone, as well as your wallet, as those little b@st@rds are about 300 bucks to replace without insurance

Let it dry out. If it doesn't function after fully trying (which may take a day or more - don't expose it to direct heat as it can damage the components, just leave it in a dry area for a day or two) it is probably fried. If it is covered by a warranty, your cell phone company should replace it for free. If it is not covered, you're out a phone, sorry. :-/
A lot of the time if you let eletronics dry fully, they will work again. But there's no guarantee, as the phones are not waterproof.

Make sure your pone is off and take out the battery. This will stop it from shorting out. Wait until it is completely dry before you put it back together. If you have an air can you can try and dry it that way or use a blow dryer on cool setting. Just becareful that it is not wet when you turn it on.

Open it up pull out battery, and SIM (save that and dry it) and place on towel and let dry in bright light and pray that it comes out ok.. I have seen others have water issues with a razor and it lived, so maybe you will have the same luck.

Texas Heaven you have given me (us) a short glimpse what ought to be any-ones life. To me, this is the metaphorical premise of the poem, no longer the questions in keeping with se (cept final one), however your rationale ought to be to steer us to the final stanza >>>>definite, definite, definite ...and finally the final of it. I knew this became foremost some the place and your close, a single sentence >> "Did ya cuss God _______ this is extremely introspective piece to assert the least, and one that i'm grateful of His grace, besides the undeniable fact that my answer is regrettably: definite _______________________________________...

turn it off, wait until it drys off (tomorrow) and try it again.
chances are you'll have to replace it, though.
Same thing happened to me while on vacation.
