We are already doing that and it's amazing since they are all doing it that since 1988 the record has only dropped from 9.78 Ben Johnson to 9.76 Gatlin(guilty, oh please he was sabotaged by someone rubbing it into him through a massage, didn't Ben try sabotage through water bottle theory)/Powell

The question you should have asked is - if all the drug-taking athletes and cyclists were banned, would they ever hold the Olympics/Tour de France again?
Bring back the amateur era.
